Taylor launched Taylor Falcon Events in 2016 after years in non-profit event management, trading in galas for gown moments and never looking back. After becoming certified by The Bridal Society, she walked out of that workshop with a clear vision, a spark of ambition, and a freshly filed business license, all in the same day.
With a mind for logistics and an eye for elevated design, Taylor brings both structure and style to every celebration. She’s your calm in the chaos, your sounding board, your secret weapon behind the scenes. Known for her high standards and a personality that feels more like a trusted friend than a vendor, Taylor ensures every detail is handled with intention.
She lives for the moment the timeline fades and the magic takes over. Because to her, it’s never just another event—it’s your story, your style, and your once-in-a-lifetime celebration brought to life.

Nothing beats the moment when the couple sees each other for the first time. Whether it’s at the First Look or the aisle, the visible emotion on my clients’ faces is priceless!
My husband and I did a two-week Europe trip before getting married, and Malaga Spain stole my heart!
I love designing the place setting and tablescape. This is where your guests gather and connect with your other loved ones, so a beautiful and intentional setting goes a long way!
Before a wedding? A good breakfast and an icy Diet Coke. After a wedding day, I love to spend the rest of the weekend with my husband and our 2 boys, James and Noah. The FL Aquarium is a go-to!
