From unlimited meetings and venue selection to budget management, vendor team creation, and full event design, we handle every detail to bring your vision to life. We’ll create timelines, floorplans, and visual mock ups, book room blocks, assemble your invitations, track RSVPs, manage contracts, and ensure every moving part is seamlessly executed. On your wedding day, our team is on site from start to finish, overseeing set-up, cueing your vendors and wedding party, managing the flow of events, and handling all the little details—so you and your loved ones can be fully present in every moment.

Q/ Is it just Taylor or is there a team?
A/ Taylor is the lead planner and designer for TFE, but we have an amazing team of associate planners that provide wedding day coverage!

Q/ Can you assist me with finding vendors?
A/ ABSOLUTELY! We can recommend some of the best vendors in the biz.

Q/ Do you travel or do destination weddings?
A/ We’re always down for a trip, but we find that one of our biggest selling features is the network of professionals we have here in the Tampa Bay Area! If you’re considering a venue outside of Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, Sarasota, or Orlando, pop in our inbox and we’ll chat.

Q/ What about all of my personal stuff? Who takes care of that?
A/
Us, babe! We grab all DIY items (card box, guest book, seating chart, etc) from you at the rehearsal, and we set it up and break it down on wedding day. We even pack it in your car at the end of the night!

Q/ My venue comes with a coordinator. Do I really need a wedding planner too?
We get it—venue coordinators are great at making the space look perfect and helping on the day, and in-house caterers usually pitch in too. But they won’t manage outside vendors, track your budget, or bring your design vision to life. That’s where we come in. A strong venue and planner duo is the ultimate combo!

Q/ How long have you been in business?
A/ TFE was started in 2016, so it’s been almost a decade of helping with the best celebrations!

Q/ Do you take on more than one wedding a weekend?
A/ We want every couple to know their wedding is our number one priority. To ensure all focus is on you, we only take one wedding a weekend.
