How we did it:

• We kept it crisp and clean with a classic black and white color palette. 

• The accent of true green added an organic touch to the modern aesthetic. 

How we did it:

• Organized the timeline so that the ladies would get hair and makeup done at the hotel, but the bride wouldn’t get in her dress until she arrived on site (no dirty dress, here!)

• Scheduled transportation to pick up the bride and bridesmaids and then the groom and groomsmen, to ensure no one saw each other prior to the First Look 

• Included family arrival time on the timeline so that the Father of the Bride was dressed and on site for his Father First Look

• Worked with the photographer to prep all parties for the big Reveal of the Bride in private areas of the venue

How we did it:

• Procured a faux flower wall as the statement piece of the ceremony set

• Worked with the rental company to custom-build a white stage for the couple

• Styled the welcome sign on the first floor, so guests know they’re in the right spot! 

• Kept the aisle clean with chair hangs versus floor arrangements

How we did it:

• Chose modern details that complemented the venue: black chairs and table numbers, crisp white linens, gold and glass chargers, and gold flatware

• Styled the client-provided Thank You cards and gold acrylic name tags at each place setting

• Worked with the florist to add organic greenery and romantic candlelight to each table
