How we did it:

• Erin came to us with an idea of an elegant affair, but with a fun pop of fuschia pink!

• We balanced the brighter hue of pink with a deeper burgundy and soft blush, and we paired these with a rich emerald green to give a gorgeous Fall palette!

How we did it:

• Hired a bagpiper to infuse the ceremony with the bride’s Irish roots 

• Managed the wedding party’s transportation to keep everyone on time and ready to walk down that aisle!

• Worked alongside the church coordinators to cue all important moments

• Cued the groom’s tears (JK, you can’t fake that kind of emotion!)

How we did it:

• Worked with the Vinoy to have golf carts prepped for the wedding party

• Managed the photo timeline to ensure we had plenty of time for these offsite photos! 

How we did it:

• Rented upgraded linens for all guest tables, with a specialty linen for the head table to make it stand out

• Rented silver-rimmed chargers to add some shine

• Worked with the florist to design multiple styles of centerpieces, as variation is key!

• Worked with the paper goods designer to create menus that doubled as place cards (each menu had the guests’ names printed directly on them!)

• Added romance with a lot of candlelight

• Worked with the live band to keep a high-energy atmosphere

• Created the timeline so that, once the dancing started, it wouldn’t stop!

• Organized Chick Fil A to be delivered for a late-night snack

Being a wedding vendor myself, when I was looking for a planner I was looking for someone that did things just a *little* bit differently after being part of planning hundreds of weddings myself.
